Guest chasdl Posted March 2, 2006 Report Posted March 2, 2006 Hi Folks, I carefully installed the "Internet Explorer Card Cache" CAB on my Cingular 2125 and found afterwards that I couldn't connect to the Internet. The CAB file did install the appropriate folders on the SD card; however, the phone could no longer establish a connection. I went through several levels of tech support at Cingular, and they helped me check the various settings to make sure that nothing had been changed, but it was to no avail. I finally ended up doing a system reset. It was the only way I could find to get the Internet back. Has anyone else had this problem on the 2125? Any solutions? Thanks to all...
Guest pilotm Posted March 9, 2006 Report Posted March 9, 2006 I have exactly the same problem. NOt obvious what is wrong either. I hadn't application unlocked it at the time, so went back and did that and it didn't help. Uninstall, reinstall etc doesn't help. Sigh! Looking for ideas... (besides a hard reset)

I tried re-booting as well, but it didn't help. Ultimately had to do a hard reset. Now I feel a bit "burned" about it, since it takes so much time to reconstitute the phone afterwards. Don't want to try it again unless there is a solution. Oh well...
