Guest JamieDow Posted March 2, 2006 Report Posted March 2, 2006 Well after 1 month of putting up with poor quality speaker I also find around 2/3 minutes into each conversation the microphone stops working and the other person can't hear me. A phone call to Orange follows. I have to say whilst Orange have always been helpful to me I LOVE Orange Premier. Just a few simple menu options, no BS, no queues just prompt helpful honest advice. The CS agent that I spoke to was happy to replace the handset without the Spanish inquisistion and to add some irony the mic failed mid conversation :D New handset and the sound is fantastic, no Microphone problems, no screen buzzing and definately no crackling from the speaker. Just thought i'd let you all know, there is hope :)
