SPV C550 Rom

I am wanting to flash my phone back to standard (how it came from orange) It just seems to have slowed down a lot so I want to re-install so require the rom. Does anyone know where I can get it from?

My current rom version is: 8.2.1.10

Which rom are you currently running? If not the C550 rom then you'll have difficulty as there's no C550 rom generally available.

If it is the C550 rom then a hard reset will restore it to it's out of the box state (same as reflashing the existing rom). To hard reset, with the device turned off hold the left and right softkeys, press the power button for 2seconds (approximately) and, continuing to hold the softkeys, wait for a message asking if you want to hard reset. Follow the instruction in the message to do so...
