CAB file locations?

I've had quite a few issues with my Vario which I believe is WM5 based not T mob software.

I had to hard reset and have now spent many hours customising it, however, I have just tried reinstalling the GPRS monitor and SPB Weather and was told the disk was full or I didn't have access.

Okay, I thought a soft reset will cure that. Tried that and both CABS appeared to be there on reboot but unsucessfully executed. Have disconnected the Vario and soft reset several times now with the same result. Where are the CABS stored so I can manually remove them?

OBTW, I hate WM5 :x
