Speed dial an application on the Qtek 8300

I'm having this problem with my Qtek 8300. I want to assign a speed dial number to an application. So I can perform some task easier, like setting an alarm, open task manager etc... I know how to assigne a app to a number, but how do Speed Dial to open the application.
