How do I change my homescreen image?

Hi, On my SPV E100, how do I change the homescreen background onto something Of my choosing, like a jpeg from the camera or whatever?

Start - Settings - Home Screen - Change background image to something other than default

Images must also be in Storage\Application Data\Home

or open an image in multimedia album and go to Menu - Set image as - Background image

how would i go about changing the whole theme ?

i have downloaded say the winrar file, extracted it - how what ??

Copy the extracted files to Storage\Application Data\Home using Active Sync.

The files should be an XML and images? If its stuff like Setup_001 etc then youve unpacked a cab which you shouldn't have. If it is a cab you need to copy it anywhere on your phone using Active Sync and then run it
