I have a problem with my telephone mpx200

this installing a program and you blockade the telephone and I didn't allow to go out it

and it retires him the battery and then when lighting it again alone HELLOMOTO appears me and of there it no longer happens

that I have to make

esta instalando un programa y se bloqueo el telefono y no me dejaba apagarlo

y le retire la bateria y luego al encenderlo nuevamente solo me aparece HELLOMOTO y de ahi ya no pasa

From what i can understand, you have a problem that when you turn your mpx200 on it shows the Hello Moto screen then dies? if so a hard reset should fix it.

To hard reset :

1. Turn off the phone

2. Hold the action button and power button

3. Press Left softkey select "YES" to Hard Reset.
