SMT 5600 Won't Turn On

Today my phone's battery was low so I decided to charge it on my pc-usb connection and I left for a couple of hours. When I came back the phone wasn't charging nor was it turning on..I figured maybe the battery wen't low and my usb connection wasn't working (it usually does work, I charge it like that all the time) So I figured I would just test it on something else so I tried to charge my mp3 player through the usb connection and it was working.

Currently as of now, My phone won't turn on nor will it charge!

Anyone know what's up?
