C500, 550, 600 smartphones are on Orange UK but also known as other devices around the world just different model name.

E200 is also one but that is old

O2 are doing pda/smartphones like xda exec for the UK

Another question I'm afraid (but it'll make it easier for us to answer you):

Are you looking for a smartphone (any phone with pda features), a Smartphone (note the capital S) or are you interested in any Windows Mobile device including the available Pocket PC Phones?

(in case you're wondering, Smartphone with a big S is basically Microsoft's trademark for Windows Mobile devices in a phone form factor)
