Qtek 8310 ringtones - mp3 / wma?

I can get mp3's and wma's onto my 8310, and they work fine in the media player (they even get the right icons) but they DONT appear as an option when changing the ringtones in the 'settings=>sounds=>ringtones' menu. only the annoying built-in midi files are displayed. i even tried copying my music files directly into the windows directory on the phone where the default midi files are stored.

can anyone offer assistance - much appreciated!

PS: i havent yet purchased a memory card, is it possible that music is sourced from there by default?

Ok fixed the problem. Just needed to copy the files into the 'application data/sounds' directory. All ok now! =D>
