HP HW6515, Cingular, GPRS and connection programs

Ok here is a weird one.

In order to connect to GPRS I must do one of these things:

Soft reset.

or

Turn on Flight mode.

Turn off flight mode.

Connect.

If I disconnect and reconnect.

It says: Cannot Connect

Cannot connect for unknown reason....
