the #4 and clear/back button sticking repedatively i tried to update it and just my luck it crashed and now its on the boot screen smartphone v1.07.02 doc there was a link on one site but it is dead on http://msmobiles.com/news.php/2582.html can anyone help

You can still run updates/flash you device from the bootloader screen.

Ensure your firewall is turned off and that the E200 cradle with the E200 in it is plugged directly into the USB port on the PC (no usb hub). Don't worry that Activesync doesn't detect the device, the update will procede all the same.

Run the update and it SHOULD complete succesfully. Having said that, I'm concerned as the fault you describe sounds like a hardware one (similar to something I had on my E200) which a reflash is unlikely to resolve...

well usb hub i thought i doubt it but what the hell and it worked well i thought that would be an expencive lesson but here i am running again thanks you rock ;)
