Guest username132 Posted March 7, 2006 Report Posted March 7, 2006 I am using BlueSoleil software and have set up a partnership between the PC and C550. I'm able to access the files on my phone via My Computer but I can't syncronise with windows media player to get the music on in the way I normally do. WMP (on PC) doesn't detect a device to sync with.
Guest abhayseth Posted March 7, 2006 Report Posted March 7, 2006 You need to ensure that your Active Sync connection is active connected via bluetooth. I am using it sucessfully. Guest username132 Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 I have a bluetooth activesync connection (tasktray icon is green etc) but in the Sync section of Windows Media Player 10, the list of devices to sync to is blank. If I plug my phone in with the USB cable, then I get the option of Storage and Storage Card.

I'd upgrade to 4.1 but I think the windows mobile on my phone is too old (c550).
