How to take apart a SMT 5600

Hi all this is my first post. I looked for a search button but didn't see one. ;)

I just got a refurb SMT 5600 from Cing and it seems the send and 1 key and the other keys as well are sunken in too much. It's annoying. I unscrewed all the torx screws but the faceplate didn't seem to want to come off to easy. does anyone know the correct way so I don't break my phone to take of the cover and get to the keypad. Thanks!
