HELP PLEASE! LATE 4 WORK..C550 RINGTONE ERROR?

I downloaded oxios alarm, Alarm manager 1.0, from smartphone net, after installing and trying these 2 programs, my ringtones no longer worked, i uninstalled both of them, deleted all my custom ringtones from storage, appl data sounds, rebooted phone, then reinstalled my ringtones, once i goto sounds and try and choose one of the ringtones i have made(They have worked before!!!) i get Ring tone Error, alert this ringtone is not working properly, you may want to choose a diffrent one to use. thi shappens w\ all of my ringtones. Any ideas guys? I use alot of custom ringtones and none of them are working now ;)

i should also mention when i go into my contacts and try to add ringtone it shows the names but wont play the ringtone, also if i go into orange folder photo contacts and try to add ringtone, it shows my custom ringtones also but will not play them, NOW if i go into tcpmp or pocketplayer it will play my ringtones and find them in the right folder!!! Something must have been changed in the registry i'm thinking?
