How do I copy phone contacts -non sim/storage card

I have a new C550 arriving today and having removed the SIM card and the storage card I find that the handset still has all my contacts in it, somewhere.

How do I copy this data into a new handset and delete it from the one that is to be returned to Orange?

Sync your Contacts with MS Outlook using ActiveSync.

Then hard reset the C550 - instructions pinned at the top of the Hurricane section.
