Samsung i300 Screen resolution problem

Hello..

I have Samsung i300 with windows 2003 SE but installed a program which i think is not for QVGA screen. But after installing that program i realized that all the fonts looking bigger but the font size in settings remains on normal. So, I think that the program has changed the screen resoultion. Can any body tell me that how to change back the screen resoultion? beacuse hard setting might remove all the programs previously installed.
