Qtec 8310 - Possible connect to PC with Wi-fi ?

Is there some way how to make network over Wi-fi for Qtec with PC (I mean transfer files, share folders etc...) ?

Active sync doesnt work with wi-fi.

At least I would like to see the phone on my PC connected with wi-fi and copy files to phone....
