Theme generator and theme colours doesn't match

Friends:

I made my own theme using Microsoft Theme Generator. But when I install the generated theme on my phone, colours doesn't match with the ones I had on Theme Generator.

Same issue using Ruttensoft's Homescreen Designer.

Any ideas?
