Home Screen question

I have a SPV C600 and have recently sent a picture that can be used as a home screen on my phone. My only problem is that the image (a ball with a badge on it) is supposed to spin. Is there any program I can install to get this working? Or any other suggestions that may solve the problem?

Any help much appreciated as I have been unable to find anything while looking on the forum.

My guess is that you are lacking the Mad Beetle animation plugin :
