3G UK Cards - Using Skype Video Conferencing

Hi,

I would like to get a 3g card here in London - Primarily I want to know if a vodaphone / orange / t-mobile 3g card can support a VoIP Video Conference via Skype.

Would it be too slow or are people currently doing this without any issues? Can other activities (ie: email, web, downloading) be done at the same time or does the video hog all of the 3g bandwidth?
