Hi guys ;)

I've just acquired a SPV C600 as a replacement of my Sony Ericsson T610 which I used as a GPRS modem connected to a COM one Bluetooth dongle on a laptop bearing WinXP Home Edition (Japanese version). pheeeew ;)

Now, both the SPV and the laptop see eachother wirelessly but clicking on "Dial-up Networking" in "COM One Bluetooth Manager" produces no successful connection. I can't start a GPRS connection with my laptop anymore.

Anyway heare are plenty of questions (maybe you know the solution for one of them) :

1. There is a CD with the mobile. It contains MS Outlook, ActiveSync and a driver for USB connection. Do I necessarily have to install ActiveSync in order to exchange files or, like with the Sony Ericsson, the COM One Bluetooth Manager will suffice? The main problem being the fact that the applications are all targeted to a French OS (Orange in France) and they don't want to install themselves on my Japanese OS.

2. Is there something I should do with the ports used by Bluetooth? The dongle uses port3 by default and ports 4, 5, 6, 7 too. The ports used by the SPV are ports 6 and 7. But I don't get how it is supposed to work. Any hint?

3. When I used my Sony Ericsson, I had to install the Modem driver on my laptop. But now, I don't know where to find such a driver for the SPV. Do I really need one?

4. Is there a way to make the email client on the SPV display messages in Japanese properly?

5. Is it possible to install a Japanese version of Windows Mobile on my handset?

6. Is there a way to make MSN messanger remember several accounts?

7. Is there a way to make the email client display the incoming messages size in Kb along with the header so that I can know whether or not it's wise to download them?

Thanks a lot for the help !!! :(
