addressing e-mails

I am using ppc ROM 1.40.00 WWE.

Nearly every time I try to send an e-mail from the Orange m2000 I get a system administrator error.

It always complains that "the following recipients were invalid:" then it lists them.

Why?

Sometimes it works. All of the recipients ARE in my contacts.

Check your outgoing server address. If you are on Orange GPRS you need "smtp.orange.net", if you are on WiFi behind NTL's ISP, you need "smtp.ntlworld.com" and so on and so on. Most people configure outgoing mail to only accept messages from their own customers. Cuts down on spam.

Gmail is one of the few that'll let you smtp from anywhere.

D'oh! I have recently had the m2000 replaced and I have set ALL outgoing server adresses incorrectly. Moron!!

Thanks for pointing out my stupid mistake, everything is now fine.
