Good Task / Project software

I am looking for a good stand alone task replacement program. Has anyone come across any good software they can recommend. If the software also lets you group tasks hierachically it would be perfect.

I would prefer a standalone solution as I don't really want to go down the complete replacement solutions like pocket Informant if I can avoid doing so.

I may have misunderstood your post completely, but are you looking for something along the lines of MS Project?? You mention grouping tasks in a hierarchy; this is more a project related function IMO....

Anyroad up, if you ARE looking for something like MS Project for PPC, there's a product called "Pocket Plan" by Twiddlebit Software (we use the Windows verson at work) - see HERE for more information. It will synchronise with the PC version of Plan or with MS Project if you have that. You can download a trial and if you're in the UK, you can but a copy for £15, which is pretty good value!

Thanks for your reply. I had already stumbled across the software you mentioned and have the trial software installed on my Vario. Looks good so far.
