Viewing Hidden Files & Folders

Ok, so I was fiddling around the other day trying to install something. I was able to view Hidden Files and Folders then but I can't find them now. I've gone to Control Panel, Folders, View Hidden and System Folders. But when I browse to my phone, I don't see them any more.

I was looking for the folder called something like IPSM. Even if I do a search for the file, nothing.

Any ideas? :roll:
