Jeyo Mobile Extender

I have installed Jeyo Mobile Extender and it worked fine with Microsoft Outlook, until one day everytime I sync sms with Outlook, there comes a popup saying that there's a Mircorsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error.

The message comes on as:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Outlook.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.

My OS is Windows XP and Office 2003. And using O2 XPhone II.

Please help. Thanks.
