changing the SP5 dialling screen

Hi All

Making some themes for the SP5 and just noticed when I dial a number I get a blue background (looks like an image not just a color) How do I change it? Even if I can only add a color or color gradient that world be fine

If you want to change the other system screens they are in the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shell\Rai directory and are all named appropriately.
