active sync3.6 or 3.8

i just want to ask to all smart amazing phone users

is it ok if i use active sync 3.8

instead of using 3.6 that is found in the cd instaler

and 1 more thing i cant get my smart phone its GPRS and MMS activate

hope its not too mush to ask you guys

it is only lock one a certain sim card

i mean it only uses smart sim card

i olready hear that sum people wer able to use a globe gprs setting to send mms with the same unit i have

can u help me with this
