SD card files that wont go

I own spv orange htc canary de cert . i am using 128 mb sd card some files were created by lap top sd slot with names like (!C"C#C$C.%C&) and (CCCC.C) i am not been able to change thier attrib nor delete them tried reformating the card but to no avail. a lot of mem is occupied by these files . any help in getting rid of these files will be appreciated :cry: :cry: :cry:
