MSN Messenger on M500

Hi,

i have an annoying problem with MSN on my Orange SPV M500

When I connect the phone to my computer, it signs out MSN.

I cant then sign in again while it is connected - it will only work when it is not connected.

does anyone know how I can get around this problem?

I'm sure it never used to happen on my E200

Not sure but it sounds like when you are connecting to the PC it is trying to connect to the internet through the PC so dropping your existinng connection and for some reason not allowing you to connect to MSN through that. If you want to continue using your data connection fromn the phone I would think that just diabling passthrough should work.

I've tried disabling passthru in the past with no success. Try and set up the phone so that you can surf over the pass-thru, then MSN should work as well.
