Open Flip to Answer

So I have yet another question...

After updating the ROM, my MPX220 is set to answer when I flip open. I can't find the setting to turn that off. However, I'm looking thru the registry and came across...

HKCU\Control Panel\OpenPhoneAction OpenAns is set to 1. If I change that to 0, will that turn off flip to answer?

All ROMs I;ve had have had this setting in the same place.

Go to Menu -> Setting -> More.. -> More.. -> Phone Settings -> Flip Answer

If you don't have this option, please reply saying what ROM version you are using.

For some reason when I go to "Phone Settings" it says "Error: The settings could not be opened." and I can't change anything on my phone. Can anyone explain how I can get this working. I'm running ROM 1.49 generic from Surrelnetworks. Also can I update my Rom with the Cingular one from Motorola's website will it make it so my AT&T Blue Sim card doesn't work?
