Hello

I was hoping someone knew how to safely remove the USB & power cover located at the bottom of the M500. I have just purchased a docking station for my unit, and then realised the cover obstructs when attempting to dock.

The warranty seal on m500 is on the screw in the top left corner under the aeriel cover. If you follow the method here: http://www.modaco.com/Dissassembling_an_M5...n_-t230855.html

and remove all screws except this one with the warranty seal, you should be able to open the casing enough to remove the rubber cover. Or you could just cut it off.

Thanks for the info, I was not sure this was a safe way to removing the cover, thats why I asked the question again.
