Unknown file after hard reset

Hi,

After a hard reset and rebuild this week on my C550 (although it may have been there before and I just didn't notice it!) I have a folder in Storage\Program Files called 'Tao', within this is another folder 'intent' and finally the file 'rofs_target.zip' which, when unzipped, contains 47 files, none of which make any sense.

Anyone have any ideas what it all is??
