Shortcut to launch Voice Tags(Long Press on Comm.

Can anyone tell me where the Shortvut to launch Voice Tags is at on the Qtek 8300? I want to reprogram the shortcut to where VoiceTags are launched to another program but can't find it anywhere. On my Qtek you press and hold the Comm Manager to launch but it seems to be missing in the Windows folder???
