Just received new Cinglar 2125. Had 5600 before this. Upgraded to new phone becuase it lets me look up contacts by company as well as by name. I have over 3000 contacts and this is what I use most often being a road warrior. Took forever to downlead and freezes up on me everytime I try to look up by company. I have searched all over the sight and can not find an answer. Help! I have emptied all info twice and nothing changes. Old 5600 was much quicker downloading and showing contacts by name. This is boring for most of you, but it is what I use most.

I only have about 500 contacts. The first sync in 4.0 and higher is very long. As far as the freezing....sorry, I cant help.
