Unlocking crashes gprs

When i unlock my qtek 8310 this way:

"Any HTC phone can be unlocked by changing these registry keys:


HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\00001001 = 1 (RAPI)

HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\00001005 = 40 (Cert)"

Gprs stops working; I cant surf, and i cant read/send mms. I have to hardreset the phone. ;) so now im waiting for a way, before installing any programs on it.

Is there another way to unlock it?

Please help!
