Guest Tallyman Posted March 20, 2006 Report Posted March 20, 2006 Sorry if these are a bit basic but the manual doesn't cover them: I've got all my contacts available through Pocket Outlook & so I haven't bothered transferring them to the SIM from my old phone. If I do update the SIM will I end up with duplicates displayed and is there any disadvantage to not using the SIM at all? If I remove the battery (to get at the SIM) what do I lose? Somewhere I saw an option to stop running applications, when things seem to slow down, now I can't find it - any pointers? Thanks in advance for help

Thanks in advance for help <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 1 - cant remember if there is an option to display ONLY phone contacts or not. 2 - Removing the battery does NOTHING now, on WM5.0 and its persistant storage, as long as you had closed all running programs properly first. 3 - Start > Settings > System > Memory > Running Programs or similar, should give you enough to locate it...
