GPRS and mms stop working when i unlock my phone

HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies\00001005 = 40 (Cert)"

When i unlock my qtek 8310 this way, gprs and mms stops working; I cant surf, and i cant download/send mms. I have to hardreset the phone. ;) so now im waiting for a way to unlock it safely before installing any programs on it.

Is there a way to unlock my qtek8310 without messing up grps and mms?

Please help!
