Guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Posted March 20, 2006 I've just bought an Imate SP5 with WM5. It doesn't have Word or Excel on it. Is there anyway I can get it?
Guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Posted March 20, 2006 (edited) Hi Ciaran Unfortunatly smartphone edition of windows mobile 5 does not come with any excel/ word software (PPC does) You can get a 3rd party product that will allow you to read these file types, clearview suite allows the reading only of excel, word, ppoint and pdf. Don't think you can get a app to edit these docs. hth gerryR Edited March 20, 2006 by Guest
Guest Posted March 20, 2006 Report Posted March 20, 2006 I'll have a look into Clearview, in the meantime if anyone else has any more ideas ?

I did download Tillanosoft.com]this file however, and it allows you to edit and make new notepad documents. I use it in place of Word, since I really don't have a choice.
