regedit after AKU2 update

after having a new c600 phone from orange due to a faulty one, the first thing i did was the AKU2 update. I have just decided to sim unlock the phone (useful when away on holiday with a local sim ) and started to follow same procedure as before.

However at first stage the regeditSTG program wont work, getting "access denied. The program cannot start because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate"

Any ideas?

These are the exact set of tools i used before as they are stored on my hard drive and have unlocked a c500 and c600 before

Orange have blocked that particular app. You will need to get it unlocked via their web site for now.
