Delete Activesync items from device

Hi guys

help required for Activesync 4.1 please.

I have deleted my activesync desktop and my exchange server 'server sources' but all of my active sync items (Calendar/email/Tasks etc.,) remain upon the device.

Any ideas on how to clear these items without doing a hard reset?
