T-Mobile (US) T-Zones setting on imate-sp5

All,

I am having problems setting the T-Mobile t-zones for my i-mate sp5 in the US. I've followed the instructions on the Tmo website for the SDA which should work the same as the SP5 but no play.

I've also visited several Tmo retail stores and finally found a nice guy who tried to help by comparing his phon's settings to mine. That did not work either.

Just curious if any one out there has a link or suggestions to how I can get this resolved.

When I try to browse the web, it tells me: Error Requested Content site cannot be accessed. You do not have access to the site.

Does it work when you are Activesynced or connected through wifi/bt?

I am able to sync to my exchange server when using ActiveSync and I get a password prompt for the tmo hotspot when using wifi. Unable to browse the web but not sure if this is due to a configuration issue which I'm sure is different for AS.

I just tried connecting to the Web while connected to active sync and it works perfectly.

why u ask?
