Copy contacts to sim

Hi ive been looking about but cant find anything with search.

ON my old c500 i could copy contacts to the sim card however i cant seem to find a way to copy contacts to sim from my spv m5000 if anyone could help me or suggest a program that can id be very greatful

Click and hold on contact then the bottom item on the menu is "Save To SIM"
