Application unlock problems

I have just upgraded to the newest English Orange ROM (4.2.1.4) and would now like to application unlock it. I have tried my Orange Security application, which worked fine on my old Orange ROM, but it doesn't seem to work now. It says my phone should be unlocked, but the Check Lock application says my phone is still locked.

So, I tried the online method by using http://developer.orangews.com/orgspv/comdefq.aspx - this also gives me a positive feedback but Check Lock is still saying my phone is locked.

As the last option I have also tried to change the two registry entries suggested in here somewhere to no avail.

I'm having problem using RJV RegTweaks, appearently because I haven't installed the eVB runtimes, which should be installed along with it. I'm having a feeling that they aren't installed because the application lock is still there.

I have SIM unlocked my phone using SPV-Services, if that does any difference.

I installed the ROM again and application unlocked the phone as the first thing afterwards. Check Lock still says it's locked, but now I haven't got problems with running RJV RegTweaks anymore, so I'm happy (for now at least) ;)
