SPV C600 & Pioneer bluetooth CD headunit?

I've just ordered a SPV C600 & I'm thinking of getting one of the new Pioneer In-car CD bluetooth headunits which pairs with the phone and transfers contacts etc. Pioneer don't have a full list of compatible phones and reading on audio foums it seems different phone give different level of info, some transfer all contacts and give signal & battery strength info where as some dont which makes the stereo far less worthwile for me onbviously.

Given the very limited outgoing bluetooth capability my old SPV C500 had i'm guessing it might not be that easy?

By the way the stereo is either:

DEH-P55BT

or

DEH-P70BT

Any help much appreciated
