Qtek 8300 - backup rom

Halloj, as we say in sweden!

Does anybody know about how to backup the current rom of my Qtek 8300? I'm intrested in updating to the new i-mate rom but I would like a backup of the original rom. So, is there a way to backup my current rom from the phone or are there any original roms out for download? I couldn't find any at myqtek.com.
