Activesync dont want to sync

When i first connect my mobile to the computer, active sync says something like "If you continue you will only be able to syncronize maps, files, and other objects that dont belong to Outlook. If you want to be able to syncronize email, calendar, contacts, tasks and notes with this computer, do the following: disconnect the phone, install and run Outlook, then connect again and continue install syncronizing". So Favorites and Media are the only one avaliable for me to syncronize, and its the other ones i want to syncronize. I have tried reinstalling outlook, but its still not working. Anyone got a clue how to solve this?

How do i reinstall outlook? i find no option

There should be a copy of Outlook on the CD that came with the phone.
