Theme problem

Can someone help me... I just got my Tmobile SDA a few days ago... i'm not too familiar with smartphone edition of wm5 yet, but i'm good with the 2003SE and such... anyways, i downloaded a home screen theme and it was buggy so i uninstalled it via the remove programs since it was a cab file, it was winlonhorn.cab i think.. well it left a bunch of crap still installed, when someone calls me there is a picture in the background of the incoming call screen from the theme and i was curious how i can restore the default theme settings and such.. or where the pictures are stored maybe i can remove the file and it'll fix the problem
