Pocket IE : Page cannot be found

Hi all,

I'm trying to connect via wifi to the internet, but I keep getting this annoying error :

"The page you are looking for cannot be found due to an unknown error 0x800c003"

wft ...

Funny thing is that I can ping the website and even GET the page from VXUtils (network tools !)

So my guess is that this pocket IE crap is doing something wrong, but I don't know what...

Could anyone help me ?

Try clearing the internet cache under the options in pocket IE. Also, try some other tool, e.g. Messenger to verify that it's only pocket IE that's broken.

Pocket IE may be set to use a proxy; however I believe that is a global setting so perhaps not if vxUtil is working. Unless of course vxUtil ignores the proxy, which is possible I guess. Worth checking though.
