Redesigned Playstation 3 Controller

As some of you may know Sony said that they are going to redesign the Playstation 3 controller.. Endgadget has a pic of a possible controller, though they stress that it is not the controller... what do u all think - espeically of the controller we've already seen.. wow I really hope sony doesn't change it and that they should keep it like the PS2 - keep the sony ps image alive!
